By requesting a demo, filling out a contact form or signing up for a webinar or monthly email newsletter on our website, we store your personal information in our website’s database. The data is kept on our content management system, HubSpot, and may be added to Pipedrive. Only authorized Zelfio staff can access this information, and it is not shared with third parties.

If you only use our website for informational purposes and do not submit any information, we do not collect personal data except for data transmitted by your browser to facilitate your visit. This includes your IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference, accessed pages, HTTP status codes, transmitted data volume, originating website, browser type and version, operating system, and language.

If you are interested in a demo, you can request one by providing us with your first and last name, phone number, email address, job title, and company name. We use this information to perform the demo service.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to have your email address stored in HubSpot, a third-party data processor, for the purpose of receiving email marketing from us. Your email address will be kept in HubSpot’s database as long as we use their services for email marketing, or until you request to be removed from the list. We have selected several third-party providers to process personal data on our behalf, all of whom comply with the relevant legislation and have demonstrated their reliability in terms of IT and data security. For customers, we will retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services requested and to comply with legal and contractual obligations. After the retention period has expired, we will securely delete or destroy the personal data in a manner that complies with data protection regulations.
