- Collection of personal data and information stored
By requesting a demo, filling out a contact form or signing up for a webinar or monthly email newsletter on our website, we store your personal information in our website’s database. The data is kept on our content management system, HubSpot, and may be added to Pipedrive. Only authorized Zelfio staff can access this information, and it is not shared with third parties.
If you only use our website for informational purposes and do not submit any information, we do not collect personal data except for data transmitted by your browser to facilitate your visit. This includes your IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference, accessed pages, HTTP status codes, transmitted data volume, originating website, browser type and version, operating system, and language.
If you are interested in a demo, you can request one by providing us with your first and last name, phone number, email address, job title, and company name. We use this information to perform the demo service.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to have your email address stored in HubSpot, a third-party data processor, for the purpose of receiving email marketing from us. Your email address will be kept in HubSpot’s database as long as we use their services for email marketing, or until you request to be removed from the list. You can opt-out of the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter you receive or by following the instructions on this website.

- Third party data processors
We have selected several third-party providers to process personal data on our behalf, all of whom comply with the relevant legislation and have demonstrated their reliability in terms of IT and data security. These third-party providers have agreed to Standard Contractual Clauses in their respective Data Processing Agreements with us. Data will be disclosed on the basis of the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 12 July 2016, which implements the decision (EU) 2016/1250.
